RegioNext is a provider of regional online advertising from Germany and aims to enable small and medium-sized companies in particular to successfully place online advertising in order to remain competitive. RegioNext has the special feature that the service is provided at a fixed monthly price, which makes the RegioNext service particularly attractive for companies with a limited advertising budget.
One of the main challenges was to minimise the time required to research and register new, existing advertising customers, as this was previously always done manually and was a very tough and time-consuming process.
It was also important to organise the internal workflow as efficiently as possible, as actively listening to radio stations not only took up a lot of time but also interrupted other tasks. Many radio stations only broadcast adverts at certain times and other tasks had to be interrupted at these times in order to capture advertisers.
As a result, they were looking for an efficient and compact solution to eliminate these problems as easily as possible, and they came across ACRCloud.

After the successful setup of the ACRCloud Broadcast Monitoring Tool and the UFC/AI Ads Finder, the previous problems were as good as overcome. Not only did the implementation of ACRCloud into RegioNext’s workflow noticeably reduce the time spent on research and improve the focus on other tasks, which was made possible by the automated recording, sorting and transcription of radio spots by ACRCloud.
But the number of new leads has also increased significantly, as the service is active 24/7 in the background and collects data continuously during this time, which means more potential customers for RegioNext with less time and personnel expenditure.

In the first month (August 2024) with ACRCloud Broadcast Monitoring and the UFC/AI Ads Finder, the monthly number of result leads increased to almost 175% of the previous month (July 2024) without ACRCloud.

If you compare the number of new leads in a week without the ACRCloud service (29 July 2024 – 3 August 2024) with the number of new leads in a week with the ACRCloud service (12 August 2024 – 17 August 2024), you can see that the number of results has increased by more than 400%.
